The new 1650 Lincoln Boulevard mixed use-residential project will be located just north of the 10 Freeway, less than a 10-minute walk from the Metro E Line (Expo) terminal at Fourth Street and Colorado Avenue, and steps away from other public transportation options. The 5-story project, located in the Lincoln Transition District, will provide 98 rental apartments, including 8 onsite affordable units. The project will include 11,531 SF of common area open space. The project plans include 5,700 SF of visitor serving retail/restaurant space on the ground floor, which will be set back from the street, allowing for wide sidewalks, outdoor seating and a landscaped buffer from the busy boulevard. The project will provide 158 residential parking spaces, 31 community parking spaces and 17 guest visitor parking spaces. In addition, the project will provide 173 bicycle spaces in its 3-level, underground parking structure. 7 short-term bicycle spaces will be provided at street level.
